It is quite easy to prepare this salad. You just need to take a salad bowl and cut the ingredients in small pieces. Then you should add the oil and some salt to your taste. That’s it.!
There are many recipes of this salad where you can also add some green bell peppers and cheese as well.
Armenian Salad #2: Salad with Eggplant
As we are talking about summer salads, we wouldn’t miss a special salad which is very often made in summer season.
This salad doesn’t have a special name; people usually call it “salad with eggplant”. Why is it called summer? Because you need to have a fire to make this salad as you need to grill the vegetables.

Armenian Salad #3: Vinegret

For this you will need cucumbers and matzoon (kind of Greek yogurt). In Armenia this salad is traditionally served on Easter Eve.
